At Whole Moon, we’re committed to getting your healthy vegan snacks to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.
1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods (seasonal sales, product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Whole Moon ships internationally to select countries.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in some regions or to countries restricted by shipping regulations. Perishable or limited-release items may have additional restrictions.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Orders
If your snacks arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer. However, we’re happy to assist with carrier claims and explore replacement options depending on the situation.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Whole Moon is not responsible for:

Items shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Additional shipping fees required to re-route or re-ship an order
