Whole Moon Refund & Return Policy

At Whole Moon, we want you to feel great about what you’re eating—inside and out. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements for our vegan snack products.

1. Food Safety & Return Eligibility

Because our products are edible goods, we follow strict food safety guidelines. As a result:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened food products under any circumstances.

  • Unopened, non-perishable products may be eligible for return depending on the situation (see below).

  • Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

Once verified, you can choose either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We cover all costs associated with replacements for damaged or incorrect orders.

3. Returns for Unopened Products

If you wish to return an unopened product for any reason (other than damage or defect):

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be in original, unopened, unused condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of opening, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once we approve a refund:

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly)

  • Gift cards

6. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed, but you may still request a return as outlined above (if eligible).
